My mission is to break the monotony of the mundane and the mediocre by bringing as much ENTHUSIASM to as many businesses, ministries, marriages, and individual lives as I possibly can. I have an ENTHUSIASM for life that I just want to spread to other people. Life is too short to live it in a mundane way.
Those of you who are a part of what I am doing, I typically refer to you as “fellow enthusiasts” because there is something inside of you that drives you as well. This is my drive, my passion, my calling. Will you join the ENTHUSIASM movement with me?
The word ENTHUSIASM comes from two Greek words.
En: meaning “in” and THUS: which is a form of the Greek word “THEO” which is the Greek word for “GOD”.
It is where we get our English word “Theology” which means “a study of God”. The word literally means “God within” or “God in you”.
As followers of Jesus we are, or at least should be, walking bundles of ENTHUSIASM! We have the very Spirit of God living inside of us. According to Acts 2:38, God’s gift of the Holy Spirit lives in us.
Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. -Acts 2:38 (NIV)
This is why I do what I do. It is the leading of the Holy Spirit, the very presence of God within me, the ENTHUSIASM that drives me to do all this stuff. I am doing all I can to bring the power of ENTHUSIASM to those who are ready to inspire their fire!
