For decades, Tommy has researched and presented goal-setting techniques, mindset transformation, and personality style strategies to audiences across the United States.

Regardless of what you want to accomplish as an individual or as a team, there are certain steps you must take to get to where you want to be. You’re not going to get there just wandering around. You must be intentional.
Tommy has developed a simple, 3-step process anyone can put into practice; Location, Destination, and Navigation.
Location – Where you are
If you are going on a trip, your GPS must find your current location before it can program a route to your desired destination. The same is true in life. Before you can get from where you are to where you want to be, you must first discover where you are.
Tommy helps you get an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, personality, spiritual gifts, present state, etc. so you can find out where you are.
Destination – Where you want to be
After your GPS finds your location, you must enter a destination so it can calculate a route to where you want to go. The same is true in life.
Get specific about your goal or dream. Do not say, “I want to lose weight.” That is like telling your GPS, “I want to go north.” That is not a destination. Get specific.
Tommy helps you realize your destination. What will life be like when you get there? Together, you’ll describe in detail where you want to go and create a vivid picture in your mind.
Navigation – How to get there
Once your GPS finds your location and knows your destination, then and only then, will it calculate a route for you. The same is true in life.
You’ll work with Tommy to map out the actions needed to get from where you are to where you want to be. What obstacles do you need to overcome? Develop what Tony Robbins calls, “a MAP; a Massive Action Plan.”
Remember, we may need to re-calculate along the way just like a GPS does. We do not abandon the destination, we may just need to make some adjustments along the way.

Tommy Lanham set his house on fire when he was 5 years old. He is a 6th-grade flunky and was kicked out of college because of a .8 GPA. It took him 6 years to complete his undergrad degree with an unimpressive 2.3 GPA.
