Meet Tommy
Tommy Lanham is an award-winning speaker and personality strategist. He was a regional finalist for the Toastmasters International Speech Contest in 2019, making Tommy one of the top 100 speakers in the world! Tommy Lanham is the epitome of enthusiasm. It oozes out of him. He’s obsessed.
At 12, he was a sixth-grade flunky. At 22, he was kicked out of college because of a .8 GPA. (You read that right—a.8 GPA.) After 6 years, he completed his undergrad degree with an unimpressive 2.3 GPA.
Then something happened. Tommy discovered the power of goal-setting, personality strategy, and an enthusiasm mindset.
Tommy calls these enthusiasm strategies. He has developed these strategies over 25 years of successfully coaching, training, and motivating people to reach their God-given potential.
Using these strategies, he rewired himself for success, and at age 44, he completed a 3-year master’s degree program in 18 months with an impressive 4.0 GPA. He also earned his master coaching certification through the International Christian Coaching Institute, the highest certification for life coaches. Wow! What a powerful transformation!
Tommy’s expertise in personality styles and strategy helped him create a framework that helps businesses, ministries, and individuals identify a personality strategy, set goals to conquer challenges, and create a high level of consistent enthusiasm.
Tommy calls Long Island, New York, home but travels the country speaking and coaching, bringing the power of enthusiasm to those who are ready to inspire their fire. He’s a graduate of Johnson University, Light University, and Liberty University. He’s developed his own personality style typology test and profiler and has authored Never Settle For Here: Your There is Waiting For You and his most recent book, Your ENTHUSIASM Breakthrough: 8 Decisions to Break Through to Your Enthusiasm Zone.
