Personality Expert, Tommy Lanham, Challenges “Embrace Your Weird”
Tommy Lanham, the new minister at Glen Cove Christian Church in Glen Cove, New York, traveled to Kansas City, Missouri recently to speak at the International Conference on Missions, a convention that over 8,000 missionaries and ministry team leaders from all over the world attend.
His topic: “Embracing Your Weird”
“When you know your own personality style and the personality style of those you work with, you work together better as a team,” Lanham says.
Lanham, an expert personality strategist, holds his Master’s degree in life coaching and pastoral counseling. Lanham just moved his family of four 800 miles from Kentucky to Long Island, New York.
Lanham routinely teaches corporate groups and ministry teams how to develop better teamwork by better understanding personality styles.
Lanham recently began working with individual families helping them to understand their personality styles and set goals with his signature 5-step goal-setting formula.
